Subject
The subject of the agreement is the provision of the Desk Fabrika software subscription ordered electronically by the Buyer.
Service and Price
The features and current price of the selected plan are shown on the Pricing page at the time of order. Applicable taxes are included/applied.
Performance
The service begins to be provided electronically immediately after payment is confirmed.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services performed instantly once you consent to the start of performance. Trial and cancellation terms are described in the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
Disputes
The Buyer may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the legal monetary limits.
