Terms of Use
The contract terms that apply when you use the service.

1. Acceptance
By using the Desk Fabrika service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure (password), and for activity under your account.
3. Right of Use
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service provided you comply with the terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. See Pricing and the Refund/Cancellation Policy for trial and cancellation terms.
5. Acceptable Use
Unlawful, harmful use or use infringing others’ rights is prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
The software and trademarks of the service belong to us. The business data you enter is yours; you are responsible for your content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate the account in case of breach. You may also end your subscription at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti; the competent courts and enforcement offices apply to disputes.
10. Changes
We may update the terms and will announce material changes. Effective: 2026-06-25.
