Refund & Cancellation Policy

No charge is made during the free trial; at the end you may move to a paid plan or stay on the Free plan.

You can cancel your subscription anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and the next period is not charged.

As the digital service is delivered instantly, refunds for a used period are generally not provided. For cases such as incorrect/double charges, contact merhaba@deskaxe.com; justified requests are resolved within a reasonable time.
